We cannot get you approved. We have no influence over any lender's credit decision and no ability to
appeal one. We cannot promise that a request will produce offers, or how many, because that depends on
which partners currently serve your profile in your state — and lender appetite shifts for
reasons that have nothing to do with you.
We are also not the entire market. Plenty of good lenders, particularly local credit unions and
community banks, do not participate in matching networks at all. Using a network is an efficient way to
survey a broad slice of the market quickly. It is not a reason to skip asking the institution you
already bank with.
And we are not advisers. If the underlying question is whether you should be borrowing at all, that
deserves someone with no financial interest in the answer. A non-profit credit counselling agency will
talk it through with you without a stake in which way you go.
What we can do is make the search itself faster, broader, and less costly to your credit file than
doing it one lender at a time. That is a real, useful, bounded thing, and it is what we build for.
