Privacy policy

Last updated 1 January 2026. This policy covers lendingsolutionnetwork.com, operated by Sentinel Holdings I LLC.

1. Who we are

Lending Solution Network is an online lender-matching and information service operated by Sentinel Holdings I LLC, 1613 Evans Ave #530, Cheyenne, WY 82001. We are not a lender and we do not make credit decisions. Questions about this policy go to [email protected].

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a request or contact us, that may include your name, email address, phone number, postal address or ZIP code, the loan amount and purpose you are interested in, your self-reported credit range, and approximate income. If you create a member account we store your name, email address, and a one-way cryptographic hash of your password. We never store passwords in readable form.

Information collected automatically. Standard server logs record your IP address, browser type, referring page, and the pages you view, together with timestamps. We use cookies for session management so you stay signed in, and may use limited analytics to understand which pages are useful.

What we do not collect on this site. We do not ask for your full Social Security number, bank account or card numbers, or account credentials. A lender may need some of that later in their own process, on their own systems. Please do not send it to us.

3. Why we use it

  • To route your request to lending partners whose stated criteria it fits.
  • To respond to messages you send us.
  • To operate and secure the site, including fraud prevention and abuse detection.
  • To run your member account if you create one.
  • To send you information about your request or about our service, where you have agreed to that or where it relates to a request you made.
  • To meet legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations.

4. Who we share it with

Lending and marketing partners. This is the core of the service. When you submit a request, the information in it is shared with the participating partners it is routed to, so that they can evaluate it and contact you. Once a partner receives your information they handle it under their own privacy policy, which we do not control. If you want your details removed from a partner's records, you will need to ask that partner directly.

Service providers. Hosting, email delivery, analytics, and security vendors process data on our behalf under contract, and only for the purposes we specify.

Legal and corporate. We may disclose information where required by law, valid legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

What we do not do. We do not sell your information into general-purpose marketing lists unrelated to the request you made.

5. Marketing and how to stop it

By submitting a request you may agree to be contacted about it by us and by matched partners, by email, phone, or SMS, including with automated technology where you have separately consented to that. Consent to marketing contact is never a condition of using this site or of obtaining credit. You can withdraw it at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email, replying STOP to any SMS, telling the caller directly, or emailing us. Withdrawing consent with us does not automatically withdraw it with a partner who already holds your request.

6. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in to a member account, and functional cookies to remember interface preferences. Any analytics cookies are used to measure aggregate site usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; if you block session cookies, the member area will not work.

7. How long we keep it

Request and contact records are retained for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and regulatory record-keeping requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Member accounts are kept until you ask us to close them. Server logs are retained on a short rolling window for security purposes.

8. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, to delete it, or to stop using it for marketing. Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights, including rights under state privacy laws to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain sharing. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email [email protected] with enough detail for us to locate your record. We may need to verify your identity first. Note that we cannot delete information from a partner's systems on your behalf.

9. Security

We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encryption in transit and hashed password storage. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

10. Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-party sites

Following a link to a partner or any other third party takes you to a site governed by that organisation's own privacy policy and terms. We are not responsible for their practices and we encourage you to read them.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date at the top, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.

Reminder: Lending Solution Network is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. See our terms of use for the full description of the service.
